second attempt on portrait with new coloring technique

wanted to do Kurosaki Ichigo first, but decided to do Kenpachi, because he deserves it

this time, I didn't even try to do some semi-realism style...
just sticked with the orignal manga style and did some not-cell-shading coloring.
